To access PatientAlly, you will be leaving Blue Shield of California website.
To connect with your doctor online or use other features of the program, just visit PatientAlly.
Currently registration for PatientAlly has to be done by your Doctor. Please ask your Doctor to enroll you.
You and your doctor can email through a secure online messaging and appointment-scheduling service.
- Consult with your physician online about specific health symptoms
- Request appointments and referrals
- Receive lab or test results and preventive health information
- Request refills and renewals for prescriptions
Internet consultations may have a copayment of either your standard office visit copayment or $10, whichever is less.
Note: Not all plans include this service. We recommend you first check your plan's Evidence of Coverage or Certificate of Insurance.
Not all physicians participate in the PatientAlly program. To see if your doctor participates in online messaging, please contact your doctor directly.
