Learn how Blue Shield can improve your BlueCard experience!

Our BlueCard® Program training sessions offer detailed information about serving the healthcare needs of Blue plan members from other states and processing the resulting BlueCard claims. These 60-minute live webinars will provide information on how the BlueCard Program simplifies processing claims, and demonstrate tools you can use Provider Connection.

Our training will help you:

• Understand how the BlueCard Program works
• Learn how to identify other state Blue plan members
• Verify eligibility and benefits
• Determine where to submit your claim
• Learn about online tools to streamline the BlueCard claims processes
• Know whom to contact for help, and more!

In addition, once monthly, we offer live provider webinars you can attend for basic BlueCard Program training. We send out invitations to Blue Shield of California network participants, but if you have not received an invitation and you want to attend, please email us at bluecardmarketing@blueshieldca.com. The webinars are open to any staff at your provider organization who wants to learn details on managing BlueCard claims with Blue Shield of California.
